Let’s face the fact, not all of us are comfortable at the neighbourhood gym.

While a few may not like the crowded environment, others can be plainly intimidated by the hunks grunting under a 50 kg weight.

Not to say unsolicited fitness advice being thrown your way by someone who’s been training since say last 10 years.

In my personal opinion, none of us needs a gym to be fit, unless chiseling out a bollywood physique is your idea of fitness, you can get totally fit in the realm of your home.
