Secrets to Fitness? does something like that even exist? Over the last twenty years, if there is one question that I have been asked the most, it is about the secret that gets you fit. And if honestly answered, the response would most likely be, “really? but we already know that!” So, what am I supposed to do? Tell you a lie, just because you already know the truth? It would be improper to ask questions, answers to which you already knew. Nevertheless, I’ll humor you all once again, one last time.

If you were consistent, you wouldn’t be reading this blog, in fact, you wouldn’t need to. Whatever that you need to achieve, requires constant work, hard work, and your undivided attention. Get on with it.

Your Nutrition. That’s the baseline you need to start from. Nothing good ever sustains without a solid foundation, think of nutrition as that. Just focus on the Macros and the details will take care of themselves. Zone in on the Nutrient value of food and not just on calories.

3.Practicing Patience:

At the peril of sounding like your mother, I must say this, it will take time. Rather it should take time, or it will not be sustainable. Unfortunately, people will still be drawn to that “magical” quick-fix, rather than to work on it patiently

Sarcasm apart, it is human nature to seek the unknown, even when evidently, there is none. The process to achieve a reasonable level of Fitness is strewn with Hard Work, Consistency, Patience, and Proper Nutrition. There is absolutely no short cut about it. And if there is, then you just don’t want to take them.
