Time For Preparation: 10 Minutes
For The Base:

For The Topping:

Finely chopped onion.
Finely chopped green capsicum.
Finely chopped red capsicum

Preparation:
Chapati/Base/Roti:
Take a small ball of the fluffy dough, appropriate for a medium-sized chapati.
Roll it into a thin chapati/base/roti and bake it on a pan without oil.
Once it begins to brown on both sides, remove it from the pan. Set aside.
Toppings:
Toss all the ingredients in a glass bowl, add a teaspoonful of Olive Oil, A pinch of sea salt, A pinch of oregano dressing and you are ready to go.
Assembly:
Apply a thin layer of Pizza sauce on top of the Chapati/Base/Roti, remember to go easy on the sauce as it’s already loaded with sodium and sugar.

Top it up with the veggies and crumble a thin layer of mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
Set Your Air-Fryer at 180-degree Celcius and time it at 3 minutes. I prefer using an Air Fryer because it bakes evenly, and a crunchy base and melted cheese is guaranteed every time. An Oven works fine too.

Bake for 3 minutes, cut portions with a pizza knife.
You can add chunks of paneer/cottage cheese, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, jalapeno, baby corn to the toppings.
This Pizza represents one wholewheat chapati and almost a small bowl of seasonal and nutritious veggies. You can play around with the toppings and give your kids an option with the veggies so that they actually get to eat what they love.
So that was our Healthy Chapati Pizza That kids Love.
I hope you enjoy cooking and relishing it as much as we did.
Do let us know how it came out.

Good recipe. I’ve found chapatis very versatile and make similar things very often at home.
Just a tip. Try fortifying your dough to make it multigrain. Once I started, I never looked back.
I can no longer have chapatis any other way: https://dsbhat.wordpress.com/2019/06/07/fortified-chapati/
Thanks for your input, I find your tip very interesting, will definitely give it a try!
